SALES POLICIES

Reservation policy : To guarantee your reservation, we ask for a credit card number with expiry date and CVS.For reservations in July and August we ask for a deposit equal to 30% of the reservation amount.

Cancellation policy :All reservations can be cancelled without fee on the arrival day (before 06:00pm local time).In case of late cancellation the hotel will charge one night.For reservations with a deposit, the hotel will keep the total amount.The whole stay will be invoiced even in case of early departure.

In case of ‘No Show':The hotel will charge one night.For reservations with a deposit, the hotel will keep the total amount.

 Child policy :A child above 12 years old will be considered as an adult and must pay extra adult charge

Rooms occupation :On your arrival day, the room will be available from 04:00 p.m.On your departure day, the room will be released before 12:00 a.m. For any change in your duration of stay we thank you to check the availability with the Reception. We will do our best to satisfy you.

Conditions of taking away:Any mini-bar consumption that will not be declared and any missing material at the time of your departure will be invoiced and the amount will be charged on your credit card.
