"I make dishes that inspire me and I love using natural products and gluten-free for most. For example, the smoked salmon, maple cream with green apple (20€ gluten free), or the pan sautéed beef fillet with foie gras, artichokes and raspberries (38€ gluten free). Vegetables gently simmered, to which I add to the very end of spices in my way. These are dishes that travel and transport the customer from one continent to another just the time of a meal. "
Focusing on local and seasonal products for a balanced and varied diet that is the creed of our leader who offers every week a new price fixedmenu price (3-course meal: 35€).
Note for the most greedy, an invitation to the temptation with the oven grilled strawberries with litchi zabaglione (12€).
